Pearl City is one of the most established neighborhoods on Oahu, and it shows in the homes. A lot of the houses up in Pacific Palisades and Manana were built between 1940 and 1969. The median home here was built in 1974. Our founder, Bryan Canencia, started painting Oahu homes in the 1980s. He came up through the Painters Union, spent fifteen years sharpening the craft, and launched Canencia Painting with his ohana in 2016. Bryan personally walks every Pearl City property we quote.
